Due to the nature of our products, refund eligibility differs between digital downloads and print-on-demand items, as outlined below.

Digital Products (SVG, PNG, Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes:

  • SVG files
  • PNG files
  • Digital bundles
  • Downloadable resources

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the download has been accessed or delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or unusable
  • The file delivered is significantly different from the product description
  • There is a technical error preventing access to the download

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file or replacement.

Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

Print-on-demand products are made specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

Pixfil is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital downloads already delivered
  • Incorrect file usage or compatibility issues
  • POD size/color selection errors
  • Minor color variations due to screen or print differences
  • Failure to read product descriptions
